With 21 floorplans from which to choose the Ravenna is a favorite. Spacious, flexible, and loaded with options and choice features. Many of these options are structural modifications offered to ensure you are getting the home you want and need. This light and bright Ravenna floorplan is a versatile 2,439-square-foot single-story home with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. However, should a homebuyer prefer to have a third bedroom instead, a design option is to convert the formal dining room into a third bedroom. Then again, if more space is needed and say a two-story option is preferable, the Ravenna can also be built with a loft.
The impressive selection of available choices begins before you even enter The Ravenna. Three exterior elevations create totally different styles, from stone accents, to traditional siding, to a craftsman-style look with shake siding and vertical paneling. While all Ravenna’s have a welcoming front porch, homebuyers have the option to extend the front porch across the front of the home and replace windows with French doors that open from the office (located at the front of the home) to the porch.
You will also find a two-car garage with ample storage space. The garage opens directly to a HovHall, designed to help keep your entrance tidy and organized.

As pictured above, the Ravenna can be built with a gourmet kitchen than includes a smooth cooktop and separate wall ovens. Another gourmet kitchen option includes the above upgrades, as well as a single-basin stylish farmhouse sink. A butler’s pantry can also be added.
The great room opens to a covered patio that can be built a variety of ways. You can include an optional sliding glass door to access it and the space can be extended and screened in.
The spacious owner’s suite can include an optional tray ceiling and two additional windows for added sunlight. Another available option is a single door leading onto the patio.
The owner’s bath has ample cabinet space, a walk-in shower, a private water closet and a walk-in closet. The shower can be expanded to a super over-sized walk-in with the “Owner’s Ultra Spa Bath” upgrade.
An expanded version of the Ravenna floorplan is the Ravenna Loft. This plan adds a second story that includes an expansive loft space, a third (or fourth) bedroom and a full bath.
