Ride with The Guide, I had the pleasure of touring Kolter Homes’ Fir model home located within the 55+ active adult Cresswind new home community.
According to
Kolter Homes’ customer surveys three top features of the Fir floorplan are the family room / kitchen layout, kitchen design & features and outdoor living area. We agree these are all outstanding features however on our tour we found several more features that really stood out.
