Designed for convenience, cost consciousness, efficiency and active lifestyle, Park Circle Station is the perfect “lock and leave” lifestyle ideal for military homebuyers, frequent travelers or those looking for easy home maintenance.
Conveniently located, Park Circle Station’s proximity to I-26 and I-526 is the #1 feature, only 10 minutes away from both! The icing on the cake is its’ pricing. Introductory pricing is now being offered. Take advantage of pre-construction prices and get your 1st pick of your homesite. Base pricing on the Litchfield is $249,990. Anticipated closings on the first townhomes are scheduled by yearend.
Exploring the livability of the Litchfield floor plan, the versatile two-story townhome has an undeniable Lowcountry feel with a welcoming front porch and/or back optional patio. Approximately 1600 SF, the Litchfield has three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms and an attached one-car garage.
One of the main benefits of townhome living is the convenience, with low to no maintenance. The Litchfield extends this concept to the living space. Greeting you the spacious entryway is a perfect spot to drop your hat and coat. Opening to a spacious family room and powder room, the Litchfield then flows into an island kitchen and breakfast area. Depending on the location of the home in a building, homeowners can choose to add additional windows. A decorative stair railing or optional fireplace are also great ways to personalize the living space. In fact, Dan Ryan Builders offers an extensive list of options that allow homebuyers to customize their homes to perfectly suit their needs and budgets.
If you are a firm believer that the kitchen is “the heart of the home,” The Litchfield’s alternative first-floor layout might be the perfect plan for you. A large kitchen with generous cabinet and counter space opens to an even larger family room, offering unmitigated flow between the two rooms and making it the perfect layout to entertain guests.
The second floor of the Litchfield offers a true retreat with the owner’s suite. The large owner’s suite features a comfortable sitting area that is the perfect place for relaxing along with a sizable walk-in-closet. Add a tray or vaulted ceiling for a touch of elegance.
The owner’s bath has an oversized walk-in shower, linen closet, private water closet and dual vanities. In lieu of the oversized shower, homeowner’s can also opt for a deluxe bath that includes a garden tub and walk-in shower. Directly across the hall is the washer and dryer so doing laundry is a snap. Two large secondary bedrooms complete the second floor.
Also available at Park Circle Station will be a new floor plan to Dan Ryan Builder’s suite of new home designs called the Brookgreen. The Brookgreen is a flexible floor plan offering a bit more room than the Litchfield. Some of the structural features and/or options are a game room or downstairs guest suite, 3-5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms close to 2000 SF. Both the Litchfield and Brookgreen floorplans are energy efficient homes, built with savings in mind. Another notable feature now available at Dan Ryan Builders through Lennox (heating and cooling HVAC systems) are Healthy Climate Solutions which feature a whole home air purification solution available at Park Circle Station. Especially on top of everyone’s mind, just another reason to purchase a new home.

After exploring the Litchfield floorplan let us explore Park Circle Station’s Park Circle location. Located near the former Charleston Navy Yard in the city of North Charleston, Park Circle has grown into one of Charleston’s most popular young pocket communities. The community is central to nearly all Charleston destinations but has developed its own identity, making it a destination in its own right. A multitude of award-winning restaurants offer a variety of cuisine, many with great outdoor seating options. The Park Circle Disc Golf course is a popular recreation choice around “the circle” which is also frequented by those out for a peaceful stroll or more serious exercise. Mixson is home to a well-curated selection of shops, restaurants and Mixson Club, a swim and social oasis.

Adjacent to the historic officer’s homes on the old naval base, Riverfront Park is home to extensive greenspace, stunning views of the Cooper River, water splash pads and a dog park. A performance pavilion and accompanying lawn are a popular event venue. The Greater Charleston Naval Base Memorial is a touching tribute to members of our Naval forces, past and present.

Spreading it’s wings from Wadmalaw Island, Firefly Distillery has repurposed an old Park Circle landfill to serve as their new home. Planting more than 300 new trees, they envision a greenspace that will serve as a sort of county park. In conjunction with North Charleston’s Mayor, Keith Summey, they have obtained easements for a walking trail that will run all of the way from the Cooper River, along their property, to Rivers Avenue.
