Stardom floor plan is among the six professionally decorated model homes ready to tour next month. With two-to-four bedrooms and up to four-and-a-half-baths it includes a large central kitchen that overlooks the café, gathering room and covered lanai. The guest suite and private owner’s suite both offer privacy, natural light, and spacious walk-in closets. Buyers can choose to screen the outdoor patio or add a pool bath as well as a three-car garage.
Pond homesites are still available in the gated community. Those interested in the nine current Legacy home designs are encouraged to meet with a sales associate very soon before those floorplans are sold out and the community switches over to offer only the new series.
