New Builder Coming to Nexton's Brighton Park Village in 2025

Nexton, the most innovative and walkable community in South Carolina, recently announced the addition of Stanley Martin Homes, one of the nation’s fastest-growing homebuilders, to the community’s builder program. With plans to develop a collection of townhomes and condos, this project is one of several Stanley Martin developments launching in the Charleston area, adding to their 12 completed projects and one currently active development in the region.

This home plan begins at 1,943 square feet and features three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Interiors will offer oak staircases, chef-inspired kitchens with quartz countertops and sleek backsplashes, electronic fireplaces, and hard surface flooring.
 
Pre-sales and a model home will open early next year. Details on Stanley Martin’s condos will be announced at a later date.
