Fav Five Fanning Floorplan at Cypress Preserve in Moncks Corner

Welcome to Ride with The Guide’s Fav Five segment.  Today we’re exploring Lennar’s expansive two-story, five-bedroom Fanning floorplan now available at Cypress Preserve located in Moncks Corner SC.  If you’re looking for a spacious home with a first-floor owner's suite or guest suite, then you should really check this floorplan out. 
 

This open concept 2811 square foot floorplan has many notable features, like its low maintenance exteriors and $379,000 starting price.  For instance, though the standard Fanning floorplan features five bedrooms, three and a half baths, with a first-floor full guest suite, this 2811 square foot design can be modified to upgrade this guest suite into a second owner’s suite, if one so desires. 

Another key feature, not listed below however noteworthy, is Lennar’s Everything’s Included program.  For those unfamiliar with this program, Lennar believes in keeping it simple: include all the most sought-after extras and add-ons in the price of your home. No hidden charges. Ask Lennar’s on-site agent for details.     

Below is a list of my favorite features, however there are many more that may catch your eye as well.  Picking only five features was difficult, but here we go… note this list is not in any particular order.  
  

1.  Kitchen island design – unique and a great way to have up to six seated places.  It’s not quite “L” Shaped but the countertop space is fabulous.  
 

2.  Large walk-in pantry with easy access to the garage entry way making unloading the groceries a breeze.
 

3.  First-floor full guest suite OR, you can select the second owner’s suite option.  I love the dual owner's suite option.  
 

 
4.  Ample storage space whether it’s the walk-in closets, walk-in pantry, and garage area – there’s plenty of room to store things. (Please see floorplan above.)  

5.  Study / Home Office / Flex room – I like the location of this room.  Separated from the main living area giving a quiet secluded study / home office space or make into whatever you need.  (Please see floorplan above.)
 

Honorable mention

6.  Curb Appeal – The Fanning has six exterior elevations to choose from, and my choice was the farmhouse-inspired exterior with its double open gable rooflines, cedar shake-styled staggered shingle siding, a projecting bay window, quaint 2^nd floor porch, oval skylight window not to mention the double carriage door garage.
