Fav Five segment. Each month we’ll feature an area home design or model home and its’ Fav Five features. If you’re in the market for a new construction townhome, visiting area builder’s model home(s) is a great way to see and experience what is being offered in the marketplace.
Today we’re exploring Dan Ryan Builder’s (a.k.a.
DRB Coastal) Park Circle Station’s 3-story townhome, Brookgreen home design located within North Charleston SC’s Park Circle district. If you’re looking for a townhome, this new home design and community will not disappoint. Though the below is a list of my favorite features there are many other options and possibilities that may catch your eye.
This open concept Brookgreen townhome has many notable features like its low maintenance exteriors and $317,990 starting price, the overall flexibility of its’ floorplan is what’s so amazing and perfect for today’s lifestyle. For instance, though the standard Brookgreen design features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, this 1941 square foot design can be reconfigured up to a total of four or five bedrooms, plus four and a half baths, if one so desire.
Picking only five features was tough but here we go…The below list of
features is not in any particular order.

Convenient Kitchen
There are several standout features which are the HUGE breakfast bar / kitchen island workspace and extra pantry space.Overall great utilization of space.Note the gas stovetop option.This kitchen is truly the heart of the home!

This space can be reconfigured three different ways… Study, Bedroom 4 or left as an open space.

Here’s another flex option – Game Room or reconfigure as a separate Guest Suite – think of the potential uses for guests, aging parent, older child and/or rooming situation. Talk about having your own space!

These luxury vinyl plank floors are so striking in appearance as they are convenient to clean and accent with area rugs.
Honorable mention – Modern Fireplace option – how cool is that.
