The Baker is a cozy one-story 3 BR/2BA home offering two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the left upon entry. The family room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and eat-in area. The primary suite is located off the kitchen. A one-car garage and optional covered porch complete this efficient floor plan.

The Brunswick is a spacious one-story 3 BR/2BA home offering flex space which may be converted into a formal dining room, home office, or study.  Fireplace option available. Primary suite offers vaulted ceiling option.

The Guilford (2-Story, 4 BR/2.5 BA) features a great flex space that which may be converted into a formal dining room, home office, or study. The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry.  Optional fireplace and a covered back porch available. Convenient upstairs laundry room. 

The Kershaw, (2-Story, 3 BR/2.5BA) offers flex space and ample storage.  The first floor features a spacious family room with flex space perfect for a home office or study.  The upstairs primary suite has its own private space which can be given a vaulted ceiling, and multiple options for configuring the primary bathroom are available.
