The Ibis, Rosella and Whimbrel floorplans include two-car garages and abundant features like smooth 9-foot ceilings downstairs, luxury plank vinyl flooring, walk-in showers in the owner’s suite, pedestal sinks in the power room, smart home wiring, a fiber network and professionally landscaped lawns.
A total of 500 homes are planned for Bradford Pointe, located about 30 miles northwest of downtown Charleston and minutes from shopping and dining in charming Summerville.
