Pulte Homes has announced plans to develop Cedar Glen Preserve, a new community located in Charleston’s Cainhoy area. This private enclave is expected to open by the end of the year and will feature 49 single-family homes in a rural setting, surrounded by waterways and natural beauty. Cedar Glen Preserve will provide residents with a peaceful lifestyle amidst scenic landscapes while offering easy access to urban amenities.
Sales are anticipated to start near the end of this year, with pricing from the low $400,000s. Homebuyers will have the option to choose from six customizable one- and two-story floorplans, each featuring two-car garages. Home sizes range from 1,700 to over 3,000 square feet, offering designs with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3 baths.
Initially, a limited number of homesites with pond views will be released in the expansive 69-acre neighborhood. Planned nature-inspired amenities include a pocket park complete with a firepit and scenic walking trails.

Homebuyers have the choice to extend their outdoor living and entertaining space by opting for a covered lanai adjoining the grilling patio.
