JOHNS ISLAND, SC — Grace Landing, an enclave of 76 single-family homes defined by a quaint streetscape tucked within a setting of parks, is coming to Johns Island in early 2022.
It will be the third Pulte Homes community in the laid-back barrier island off the coast of Charleston County. Nearly half of Grace Landing’s 50 acres will be set aside for nature, with walking and biking trails meandering through the neighborhood where nine estate-sized homesites will be among those available.
Planned amenities include a saltwater swimming pool, pavilion for outdoor activities, community playgrounds and picnic areas.
Five home designs will be available, all with side-loaded garages, adding to the unique aesthetic and curb appeal of the new home community. One- and two-story floorplans will range from 1,859 to 2,869 square feet.

Two professionally decorated model homes are planned, including the 2,842 square foot, two-story Continental, featuring an open concept kitchen with light-filled gathering room and first-floor flex space perfect for a fifth bedroom, crafting area or homework station.
