The Martin Ray is available to tour at 98 Mandeville Drive, Richmond Hill. Once inside Waterways’ gates, residents and visitors cross a rustic wood bridge to enter the Harbor Retreat peninsula, where oversized homesites are tucked alongside the Grand Lagoon in a lifestyle connected by nature.
The single-story Martin Ray open floorplan features exceptional views of the Lagoon. A few Harbor Retreat homesites are available on the Grand Lagoon, a freshwater tributary which meanders along the 2,300-acre Waterways master-planned community and its world-class amenities, which include dry and wet boat storage and a waterfront pavilion.
Harbor Retreat buyers can choose from eight home designs, beginning in the low $400,000s. Pulte this month added the Woodward, Dunwoody Way and Vanderbilt models, offering choices that range from 1,858 square feet to more than 3,200 square feet, with anywhere from two to seven bedrooms. Pulte plans to build 152 homes in Harbor Retreat.
The award-winning Waterways community features a Lifestyle Director to keep residents busy. Residents also enjoy the Bill Dance Signature Lake stocked with largemouth bass, Waterwags dog park, community gardens, events lawn and Ridgewood Amenity Center, which features a junior Olympic swimming pool, fitness center and screened pavilion with an outdoor fireplace and gourmet grill.
