Pulte is expanding its presence in New Riverside with the introduction of Midpoint, a new neighborhood featuring coastal-inspired single-family homes with exclusive community amenities in the Bluffton area. Conveniently located minutes from downtown Beaufort, Hilton Head beaches, and historic Savannah, Midpoint offers a prime location for potential homeowners.
Sales are set to begin in September, with prices starting in the $400,000s. Prospective buyers can choose from a dozen customizable one- and two-story floorplans, including nine new designs unique to the New Riverside master-planned community.
Carter Faucette, Pulte General Sales Manager, recently expressed enthusiasm for the launch of Midpoint, highlighting it as one of the last opportunities to build and personalize a home in New Riverside. Residents can enjoy community amenities such as walking trails, pickleball courts, a swimming pool, and a fire pit.
The 12 open-concept floor plans range from 1,600 to over 3,200 square feet, offering two to six bedrooms and up to five baths. Homebuyers can select from a two-car, three-car, or golf cart garage.
A total of 368 homes are planned, with features including main level owner’s suites, upstairs oversized lofts, formal dining rooms that can serve as flex spaces, and large patios for outdoor entertaining. Some homesites will offer lagoon views within the 254-acre neighborhood, which connects to the five-mile New Riverside Outdoor Trail System and is within walking distance of the 40-acre New Riverside Community Park and Barn. Nearby amenities include a new Publix, retail shops, and variety of dining options.
Students in Beaufort County will find May River High School conveniently located across the street. Additionally, construction on May River Elementary, adjacent to the high school, is set to begin this fall, with an anticipated opening in 2026.
