Pulte Opens New Phase in Popular Waterways

Pulte is celebrating the grand opening of its second enclave in Osprey Pointe, part of the acclaimed Waterways community. This new phase features modern floorplans and homesites with wooded and lagoon views, situated in a nature-inspired setting with tree-lined streets and premium amenities, just 25 miles from historic Savannah.
 
Five single-family home designs are being offered in Osprey Pointe. One- and two-story coastal-inspired floorplans range in size from 3 to 5 bedrooms and up to 4 baths, all with two-car garages. Prices start in the low $400,000s.
 
Pulte’s newest phase includes plans for 200 additional homes, offering floorplans from 1,700 to just under 3,000 square feet. Quick move-in homes are expected to be available later this year for those with limited timeframes.
 
Priced from $437,990, the one-story, three-bedroom Compton design offers a versatile open layout ideal for entertaining. Beginning at 1,900 square feet, it features an owners’ suite with an over-sized walk-in closet and a large kitchen with center island, dining area, family room and study at the front of the home.
 
Waterways provides a fully connected community experience, blending land and water activities amid stunning scenery and nature preserves. Amenities include a park, a waterfront pavilion, and a kayak launch for exploring and fishing in scenic lagoons or the Bill Dance Signature Lake.
 
Neighborhoods are connected by pathways, allowing easy access to the Waterwags dog park, community gardens, events lawn, and the Ridgewood Amenity Center, which boasts a junior Olympic swimming pool, a fitness center, and a screened pavilion with an outdoor fireplace and gourmet grill.
