- “Choose Three.” Customize to perfection as you choose your homesite, your builder and your own homeplan. For ONE WEEK immediately following the release, homebuyers will be able to choose from the 20 remaining lots and create a completely custom home, working with any of the select Bolden Lake builders. After this program expires, builders will proceed with development of their own custom plans and designs.
