Regional builder John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods has just rolled out a new selection of 33 homesites in the Riverview section of Mount Pleasant’s Dunes West community. The new selection of homesites in the first construction phase offer stunning water views and homes that will range in price from just under $500,000 to over $1 million. Ultimately there will be 116 single-family homes and 23 “low-maintenance” townhomes. Future homeowners can choose from a selection of 10 floorplans ranging from 2,400 to over 4,300 SF. Carefully selected from the builder’s Heritage & Classic Signature portfolio collections, these floorplans offer a diversity in style choices. The Heritage Collection is influenced by classic Charleston panache. Buyers will find three-level homes with drive-under garages, sweeping porches and second-story center-front entrances. Homes from the Classic Collection will be built on wooded and wetland homesites, showcasing pond views. The traditional-feeling floor plans reflect a mastery of thoughtful detail designed to complement the way homeowner’s want to live. Future phases of homesites will offer selections from two additional home collections.
