Opening on January 27, a new sales pavilion will offer potential homebuyers a single location to visit the design center and information center, as well as to learn about life within an acclaimed Del Webb community. For those that aren’t familiar, Del Webb offers world-class amenities, activities and lifestyle. The sales pavilion will also function as a central gathering space for residents within the neighborhood.
This new sales pavilion is a great place to get a feel for the options available at Del Webb Nexton. This includes 10 single-story floorplans that range in size from two to five bedrooms with two to four baths, spanning from 1,200 to 3,800 square feet. Home prices range from the $240s to $300s.
Residents at Del Webb Nexton enjoy the benefits of a full-time lifestyle director who organizes monthly community gatherings—a great way to meet new neighbors! Construction is slated to begin this spring on a 25,000 square foot clubhouse that will house a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, pickle ball and tennis courts. The amenities at Del Webb Nexton will also include 50 miles of walking trails, an event lawn, numerous scenic parks and the benefits of shops and restaurants within the community.
Located at 543 Willow Way in Nexton, the sales pavilion will be open to potential homebuyers from 9-5:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday and from 12-5:00 on Wednesday and Sunday.
