Sharbell Nexton LLC Announces Atelier Downtown Nexton

 

New, cutting-edge office campus coming to Downtown Nexton in 2024

CHARLESTON, SC – Sharbell Nexton, LLC (Sharbell) announced today plans for Atelier Downtown Nexton, an office/commercial condominium project in Downtown Nexton, the urban-inspired mixed-use community serving the growing number of residents in Nexton and the rapidly growing surrounding region.
 
Located on 7.41 acres along Brighton Park Boulevard within the Downtown Nexton community, Atelier Downtown Nexton will include multiple two-story buildings each ranging in size from 9,000 or 18,000 square feet with office, service and commercial space for sale or lease in a campus-like setting. The project will also feature ample parking for quick and convenient access.

Upon completion of the first phase in 2024, Atelier Downtown Nexton will offer office space for sale or lease from 2,500 square feet up to 18,000 square feet. With trails connecting each of the two-story buildings, Atelier will be the newest addition within the livable and workable environment of Downtown Nexton.
