Summerville is set to welcome a significant addition to its amenities with the introduction of
The Club at Summers Corner. This $30 million project, spearheaded by Lennar, the homebuilder behind the master-planned community of Summers Corner, promises to deliver the largest pool in the Charleston area.
Located at the corner of Clayfield Trail and Summers Drive, the expansive aquatic facility will feature two acres of water, encompassing four distinct swimming areas. It will also include a variety of attractions such as water slides, restaurants, a kids' area, and an adults-only bar equipped with TVs.
Initially, the pool club will be exclusively available to residents of Summers Corner. However, there is potential for nonresidents to gain access for a fee in the future.
The development of this sizeable pool is deemed essential for the Summers Corner community, which has been under construction since 2018. The community plan envisions upward of 7,000 homes, with approximately 1,500 already built. The new club pool is anticipated to be operational by next summer at the earliest, providing a much-needed recreational facility for the growing community.
