Q: I see you have homesites for sale. How long does it typically take to build a home from the ground up? If I’m looking for something sooner than that do you have homes available for immediate move in?
A: At Bradford Pointe, it takes approximately 6 months to build a home. We follow a cadence of even-flow construction. By doing so, this helps to ensure that safety and quality goes into every inch of your home. We build homes that matter, backed by a warranty you can trust. Of course, if you’re looking for something sooner, we currently have our Aspire and Rosemont floorplans available now. Our three most popular upgrades that we see buyers repeatedly choosing are: screen porches to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets seen in Bradford Pointe, Shaw laminate flooring throughout their living areas, and the trendy white and gray cabinets.
Q: What are the most popular floorplans here at Bradford Pointe?
A: The most popular floorplans at Bradford Pointe are the Mitchell, Aspire, and Compton. You’ll find ample space in the Mitchell with a larger owner’s suite, formal dining room, upstairs loft and downstairs flex room. The spacious Aspire boasts three bedrooms, upstairs loft, everyday eating, gathering room, and versatile flex space. Another popular contender is the Compton. The Compton’s open concept modern design, with a large kitchen island overlooking the great room, makes entertaining a breeze.
Q: How does the design process work? Is there anyone who specializes in that to help lead me through it? Do you have a Design Studio where I can visit to see choices in person and select the features for my new home?

Q: Will there likely be future phases of development in this community?
