Fav Five segment. Each month we’ll feature an area model and its’ Fav Five features. If you’re in the market for a new construction home, you should certainly take the time to visit the area builder’s model home(s). It’s the best way to learn and understand what is being offered in the marketplace.
Simply put, a model home is a “sample home” that displays a builder’s craftsmanship and creativity. The
sole purpose of the model is to demonstrate how a builder’s houses will look, feel, flow and function, while using the latest homebuilding techniques, products and features. Builders have access to an extensive list of options, features and upgrades, which are frequently included in their models so that you may see the many possibilities.
Today we’re exploring K Hovnanian’s newest community, Liberty Hill Farm located in Mt Pleasant SC, and its Hamlin model. This home is an exquisite elevated two-story with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 4-car garage. Note this plan comes with an elevator option and starts from $816,990.
I have to admit it was REALLY hard picking only five features when there are so many to choose from but here we go…The below list of
features are not in any particular order.

Large & Numerous Windows – This home is loaded with windows giving the look and feel – light, bright and roomy.

Trim package is simple and elegant giving the home a sleek look. Look at the window casings. Note the tall 7’ interior doors – so elegant.

First floor owner’s suite – its’ proximity in the house, abundance of windows, elegant bathroom and fabulous walk-in closet! (Admittedly,
I’m a sucker for spacious closets)

I can’t close without showing off their awesome kitchen – absolutely love it!
