Centex is offering a limited first release of woodland and pond-view homesites, all-in pricing with must-have features and an up-and-running private amenity park.
Bradford Pointe's flexible floor plans range in size from three bedrooms and two baths all the way up to five bedrooms and three baths. Prices begin in the mid $300's to the low $400's and include top-priorities like quartz or granite countertops, shaker-style cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, two car garages and energy efficient construction.
